Welcome to PrecisionMed LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and courier services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided

PrecisionMed LLC offers medical courier services, including the transportation of prescriptions, lab specimens, bloodwork, protected health information (PHI), and small dry ice shipments.

All services are provided subject to availability, compliance with healthcare regulations, and at our sole discretion.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling deliveries.

• Properly package and label all materials intended for transport, especially dry ice, biological materials, or PHI.

• Notify us promptly of any special handling instructions or time-sensitive requirements.

• Ensure that pickup and delivery locations are accurate and accessible.

 

4. Delivery Terms

• Standard pricing includes deliveries within a 20-mile radius. Additional mileage is subject to a surcharge.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• PrecisionMed is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

 

5. HIPAA Compliance

PrecisionMed LLC is committed to HIPAA compliance. All PHI is handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, and all employees handling PHI are HIPAA-certified.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials prepared for transport comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards.

 

6. Payments and Fees

• All service fees must be paid according to the agreed billing schedule.

• Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

PrecisionMed LLC is not liable for:

• Loss or damage resulting from delayed or incomplete deliveries beyond our control.

• Loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

• Loss or damage of improperly packaged items.

 

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
